1. Can I request a wider elastic? 
 - Yes you can! I offer 1 inch wide elastic. It’s great for all types of hair. Please add a note to your order at checkout. 

2. What is wide elastic size? 
 - Half inch wide is my signature elastic size.  I can do 1 inch upon request. 


3. Where are you located? 
- I am located in Cairns Queensland, Australia 

My Order

1. How long until my order is shipped?

 - Our current processing time for Australia wide orders is 5-10 business days, as hard as I try to stick to the timeframe some orders may take longer due to unexpected delays or Covid . Once your order has been dispatched you will receive tracking information via email.

2. How can I track my order? 

 - Please ensure that you pay for a tracked shipping method when placing your order. To track your order check your emails after the order is shipped. Always check your junk/spam mail. 

3. Do you add freebies to orders? 

 - Yes! Stickers and sometimes I may add a scrunchie if someone returned an order I'm happy to give it to other customer.

4. Can I cancel my order?

 - As long as the order has not shipped and is not a personalized item that I have started, you may request an order cancellation. Please contact Solenn's Boutique as soon as possible if you would like to cancel.

1. Do you ship worldwide?

 - Yes we do, you can check my shipping info for more information.

2. Can I pick up locally instead?

 - I do not allow local pickups due to my own privacy.

3. How much is domestic shipping?

 - My standard flat rate for all items with tracking is $9. Please check out my shipping and returns for more information.

4. Do you ship express?

 - Yes we do express shipping Australia wide.
